New Canada's Food Guide Released
The New Canada’s Food Guide encourages Canadians to eat vegetables and fruit, whole grains foods, and protein foods. It promotes life-long healthy eating habits by encouraging people to cook and prepare healthy foods at home. Healthy eating is more than the foods you eat! The new Canada’s Food Guide is no longer a “one size fits all” document, but an online suite of resources.
