Strength and Conditioning course

Expand your personal training skills, scope of practice and insurance to confidently practice strength and conditioning training for youth and adult athletes in individual and team sport environments.

AFLCA Strength & Conditioning Trainer advanced accreditation is developed, written and reviewed by academic and athletic sport training faculty at University of Alberta Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport and Recreation and York University, Faculty of Kinesiology. Delivered by University of Alberta Athletics Head Sport Conditioning Coach, Michael Cook, and Director University of Alberta FKSR Sport and Health Assessment Centre, Alex Game. This is a two-day course, with a practical assessment and exam requirement.
