MAY 21 is Alberta Active Living Challenge Day
Last year over 50,000 Albertans were active for thirty minutes on Active Living Challenge Day. This year we want to top that number!
Each year the Alberta Active Lifestyles Partnership challenges all Albertans to get active for at least thirty minutes. We don’t care how you do it! Run, walk, skip, wheel, bicycle, dance, garden, do yoga, play soccer, or swim. Just get active for thirty minutes and then register your activity. Let’s top last year’s number!
