Mind Body Designation

A minimum 16 hour course covering topics specific to leading group exercise mind/body classes. This practical based course will cover specific information for planning and developing mind/body classes. Topics include: history and evolution, anatomy, alignment and safety, class structure and content; planning, class components, use of music, leadership and choreography; movement combinations, instruction and cueing.

*May include, but not limited to the following mind/body disciplines: yoga, pilates, tai chi, nia
