Bio
Hi my name is Lyndsey Almeida and I just recently got my certification as a personal trainer with CSEP. I am currently obtaining my degree in physical education with a specialization in sports performance. I am also a member of the Alberta Kinesiologist Association.
When it comes to sports, I focus more on individual combat sports because of my extensive history. I am currently going into my 4th year as a University of Alberta Varsity Wrestler. In my second year as a panda we won the CIS Championship team title and while be attempting to regain that title this next year, while I attempt to obtain the individual CIS Champion title.
I also have obtained my black belt in judo through my 10 years of competition and have also competeted in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a couple of years of recreational purposes.
