Jill graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2001 and worked as an Exercise Therapist for 9 years. In June 2009 she started her own fitness business, High Level Fitness.

Her personal fitness interests include: running, cycling, climbing, hiking, yoga, skiing and scuba diving. She holds an Advanced Diving certificate with PADI, has completed 4 marathons, several half marathons, hiked the West Coast Trail, Inca Trail and completed high altitude climbs in Ecuador (Cotopaxi 19347 feet) and Nepal (Mera Peak 21247 feet).

She believes that in order for people to achieve their dreams they need to first believe that it is possible, have the courage to go for it, and then remain focussed on success. Her goal as a fitness professional is to teach people the benefits and principles of fitness, nutrition and an active lifestyle, as well as to help her clients reach their own personal fitness goals and have fun doing it.
