Bio
Laura Hancharuk inspires audiences with her light-hearted, realistic look at weight loss, lifestyle and the challenges of making a change. Laura is a personal trainer, lifestyle coach and motivational speaker with 20 years experience “moving” others in the direction of the life they most desire.
Laura has a Master’s Degree in Applied Sport Science and her areas of expertise include exercise adherence, weight management and long term lifestyle change. Laura is an instructor for the Department of Physical Education, Athletics & Kinesiology at Grande Prairie Regional College where she educates and mentors aspiring personal trainers.
