Bio
After receiving an Exercise and Health Physiology degree from the University of Calgary in 2007, Dr. Richard Mountain, B.Sc., CSEP-CEP, ND, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (one of the two accredited 4 year Naturopathic Medicine schools in Canada).
Dr. Mountain enjoys practicing natural-focused general family medicine. His practice is located in Airdrie where prescribes individualized, evidence based, exercise and fitness programs to his patients as a fundamental part of natural medicine.
