Lead, motivate and inspire class participants through your creativity, exercise selection and class design. Your professionalism, energy, inclusiveness, and sense of fun will draw all types of members into your classes. Company Description

IFH operates fitness facilities across Alberta through GYMVMT, HER GYMVMT, Bankers Hall Club and ClubFit. Together, we are inspiring a new movement by innovating and re-energizing the fitness experience. With 22 locations in Calgary and Edmonton, our team has been inspiring Albertans to live a healthy and active lifestyle for over 35 years.

Schedule: Schedules are determined on a quarterly basis through an online bidding system. Via your bids, you give us permission to schedule you in the times that you are available. We will do our best to have you regularly on the teaching schedule. There are also opportunities to sub classes for fellow instructors.

• Greeting members and ensuring their attendance is entered into our MyWellness App
• Developing positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining group fitness classes
• Leading, motivating and inspiring members
• Independently designing fun and challenging classes that are suitable for all fitness levels in accordance with your certification’s scope of practice
• Assisting with maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to the appropriate club health and safety protocols and procedures

Who are you?
• A natural leader with an energetic and motivating demeanor
• An excellent communicator (written and verbal)
• A friendly, outgoing, and confident individual with a desire to build strong interpersonal relationships
• Exceptional customer service skills

What you possess:
• A passion for and interest in fitness
• Completion of an AFLCA group fitness certification (or in progress)
• One or more years of experience working in a gym or studio setting teaching group fitness is an asset
