Tanis believes that one key to success is motivation. She encourages her clients to push themselves to reach the potential that she knows they have. As a graduate of the NAIT Personal Fitness Trainer program and a certified Personal Trainer, Tanis has the skills and tools to do just that!
Tanis enjoys training any client; whether their goals are sport specific, weight loss, health related, or just to improve their lifestyle, she puts 110% into helping them achieve those goals. Exercise is invaluable, everyone can benefit from physical activity in some form.
The hardest part is taking the first step; Tanis realizes this, and strives to make that first experience so enjoyable that you will have to come back! Her pro-active approach will help any client feel better about themselves and enjoy life to its full extent. As she always has a smile on, she has made a personal goal for every client she encounters to leave with a smile.
