IMPORTANT Renewal Information =

Steps to Remain a CSEP Member in Good Standing

• Submit annual renewal to CSEP Ontario by March 31st of EVERY year (regardless of date of original certification)
• Payment of renewal fees which include professional liability insurance coverage
• Current CPR Level C or Health Care Provider (must be within 1 year of date of issue)
• Professional Development Credits (PDCs)
  – CSEP-CEPs are required to collect/submit 30 PDCs by the March 31, 2015 renewal deadline
  – CSEP-CPTs are required to collect/submit 30 PDCs by the March 31, 2014 renewal deadline
