F45 Training workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body and to make you look,
move and perform better in all aspects of your life. Each workout is 45 minutes long, with exercises
that mimic or recreate everyday movement. For more information check out

The F45 Head Trainer (HT) is a full-time salaried position. Their role is to ensure that we deliver an
extraordinary fitness experience to our members, each and every class. We want the time our
members spend in our studio to be the best 45 minutes of their day!

The Head Trainer is responsible for leading a high functioning team of trainers, upholding studio
culture, and overseeing the fitness operations of the studio, including class instruction, managing
equipment, scheduling trainers and classes, and coordinating the workout programs. The Head
Trainer will also be involved with recruiting and on boarding new trainers, membership retention,
and maintaining a world-class environment and standards in the studio.

The Head Trainer must be available for occasional travel for training, including Trainer Induction at
F45 Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
