CSEP Professional Development Credits (PDCs)

As of April 1, 2012 ALL CSEP members (CEPs & CPTs) are required to submit 30 PDCs every two years to ensure renewal eligibility.

  • CEPs are required to renew annually, and submit 30 PDCs by the March 31, 2013 renewal deadline
  • CPTs are required to renew annually, and submit 30 PDCs by the March 31, 2014 renewal deadline

The Alberta Occupational Rehabilitation Forum – improving Clinical and Return-To-Work Outcomes will take place in Edmonton at the Fantasyland Hotel on May 26, 2012.

  • Work-related injuries are some of the most common and costly challenges facing the health-care system, and are the leading cause of work loss and visits to health-care professionals. Given the substantial burden that work-related injuries place on individuals and society, improved rehabilitation strategies are needed to help improve return-to-work outcomes.
  • Rehabilitating injured workers has the potential to generate significant improvements in health, social and economic well-being. The Forum provides opportunities to share knowledge gained through research conducted with injured workers in Alberta, and to cultivate new projects aimed at improving the clinical and return-to-work outcomes of injured workers.
  • The Forum will bring stakeholders together to discuss, share knowledge and experiences, and generate new ideas in areas of mutual interest.
