Edmonton Be Fit For Life Fitness Resource Centre
The University of Alberta Resource Centre is one of nine centres which form the Be Fit For Life Network (BFFL). The Network is supported by Alberta Tourism Parks and Recreation via the Alberta Recreation Parks and Wildlife Foundation and the educational institutions in which each BFFL centre is housed. The Network has a mandate to provide a wide range of Active Living Services and opportunities to residents of Alberta. The University of Alberta Be Fit for Life Fitness Resource Centre services Albertans residing in the West-Central region of the province.
Be Fit For Life Vision
The Be Fit For Life Network believes that physical activity and active living are vital to the health of Albertans. The Network provides accessibility to services, education and resources that encourage self-responsibility in Albertans to adopt active, healthy lifestyles.
